DTMF Setting
Under »DTMF Setting«, you can specify options for DTMF dialing. The options include RFC 2833 (Outband DTMF), Inband DTMF, and
DTMF SIP Info. The factory setting is Inband-DTMF. To use DTMF in-call dialing (for example 2833), you may have to select the Inband
DTMF option. You may need DTMF in-call dialing when you call, for example, a public agency and your calls are handled by an automated
interactivevoicerecognition system. Once you are connected the voicerecognition systemmay prompt you to enter a certain sequence of di

gits. By doing so, you may be automatically put through to a department that can answer your inquiry.
RPort function
You can activate/de-activate the »RPort« on this page. You can obtain helpful information about this from your provider.
Other Settings
On the »Other Settings« page you can configure Hold mode through RFC and QoS (Quality of Service). Please follow the instructions given
by your providers when changing these settings.
Confirm your entries by clicking the »Submit« button.
The QoS value allows for prioritizing voice packets. Higher values mean higher priority for voice packets on the Internet. It should be noted
that any intervening systems on the Internet must support the QoS function.
