Symptom Remedy
The device can not be controlled with the
remote control.
Light and remote control are not paired. Pair the device with the remote con‐
trol.
The light is in the wrong group. Select the correct group.
The light does not turn on. The light is not connected to the power supply. Connect the light to the USB
power supply or to a power bank.
Battery of the power bank is empty. Charge the power bank.
Blackout is activated. Press [BLACKOUT] again or .
The light ickers.
The light is in sound-controlled mode. Press to end the sound control.
Too many lights are connected to one USB mains adapter. Only connect a max‐
imum of 2 lights per USB output to the power supply. CAUTION: If more than 2
lights are connected to one USB output, the USB power supply will get dam‐
aged.
The ashes ashes. Hold down [SLOW] to pause the ash eect.
