When the ﬁlter is nearly expired the message “Re-

place Filter” will appear on the display.

Filter Replacement

The ﬁlter is located inside the refrigerator compart-

ment, above the top glass panel. Prior to changing

the ﬁlter, switch o the Ice Maker by pressing the

IceMaker button.

Open the top glass panel and carefully rotate the

ﬁlter cartridge for a quarter rotation in a counter

clockwise direction until it detaches from its hous-

ing. It is normal for a small quantity of water to

come out. Remove the cap of the new cartridge and

insert it into the housing by gently rotating it for

a quarter rotation in a clockwise direction until it

locks into place.

Then enter the menu and set “Manual Clean” func-

tion. At the end of the cleaning cycle remove the

water from the ice tray and wipe it dry.
