Only q ualified technicians should repair your notebook. Unauthorised
opening o r incorrect repair may greatly endanger the user (electric shock,
fire risk) and will invalidate your warranty.
Components

After consulting the Hotline/Service desk, you m ay remove and install certain components described
in the separate manual "LIFEBO O K E5412 / E5512 System Upgrades and Repairs" y ourself.
Please note tha t the majority of pages in the manual are marked "Service Partner
only"; this means that you must not remove those components yourself. The instruction
manual can be found at: "

Removing and installing components without consulting the Hotline/Service
desk will invalidate the warran ty fo r your notebook.
