Working with the noteb ook
SIM card (configuration dependent)
The procedure is the same for all device v ariants.
All device v ariants support nano SIM cards.
A SIM Card (Subscriber Identity Module) is a chip card which is inserted in a mobile telephone or
notebook and, toget her with an integrated LTE module, enables access to a mobile radio network.
Follow the instructions supplied by the provider of the SIM card.
Inserting the SIM card
► Switch off the battery so that the d evice is c urrentless (see "Switch the
battery off and on", Page 37).

► Open the cover of the SIM card slot (1).
► Slide the SIM card into the slot (2) with the metal contacts facing upwards and as shown
by the symbols ne xt to the SIM card slot until it clicks into place.
► Close the cover of the SIM card slot (3).
