Caution
●
Gauge connections are ½-20UNF (5/16”) male are (with valve core).
●
Provide R410A hose or refrigerant tubing with ½-20UNF (5/16”) female are that is rated for and
can withstand 725psi(5Mpa). Be sure method of connection and support does not place stress on
gauge or location of piping connection.
●
Purge air and leak test after installation.

PRESSURE GAUGE PIPE CONNECTION POSITIONS
Connect each pressure gauge with the pipe at the connection position shown in the gure.
Caution
● Use a pressure gauge having an outside diameter (including the
mounting part) of ø3-7/8 (98) or less and a gauge diameter of ø2-
15/16 (75) or less
● Measuring ranges of the pressure gauges:
High-pressure side: 0 to 725 psi (0 to 5 MPa)
Low-pressure side: 0 to 507 psi (0 to 3.5 MPa)
However, it is recommended that both pressure gauges should
be designed for a measuring range 0 to 725 psi (0 to 5 MPa).
Caution
●
Use a pressure gauge mounting plate of the above outside dimensions.
●
The mounting plate must be thick enough to endure the weights of the pressure gauges.
●
Make mounting screw holes in accordance with each pressure gauge.
●
Each pressure gauge must be installed at the center position shown above
