Troubleshooting and tips
The Tablet PC does not start after switch on
TheTabletPC
Cause Troubleshooting
The bat tery is not installed correctly.
► Check whether the battery is installed
correctly in its compartment.
► Switch on the Tablet PC.
The battery is dead.
► Charge the battery.
or
► Insert a c harged battery.
or
► Connect the mains adapte r to the Tablet
PC.
The power adapter is not connected correctly.
► Check whether the mains adapter is
connected correctly to the Ta blet PC.
► Switch on the Tablet PC.
The Tablet PC stops working

Cause Troubleshooting
The Tablet PC is in en ergy saving mode.
► Leave energy saving mode.
An application programme has cau sed the
malfunction.
► Close th e application program or restart
the Tablet PC (by restarting the operating
system or switching the device off and back
on again).
The battery is dead.
► Charge the battery.
or
► Connect the mains adapte r to the Tablet
PC.

The printer driver is faulty or not correctly
installed, or it is the wrong printer driver.
► Check that the data c able connecting
the Tablet PC to the printer i s properly
connected.
► Check whether the correct printer driver is
loaded (refer to the printer documentation).
