Using the Tablet PC
Status indicator panel
The status of the system functions is displayed by the symbols in the status display.

1 = Power indicator
2 = Power source indicator
3 = Battery charge level indicator
4 = Hard disk indicator
The following table lists the different display states.
If a symbol is not displayed, it indicates that the related system function is off or inactive.
Symbol Mode Indicator state Remarks
ON mode Green The system is powered on and ready for
use.
Idle mode
Suspend-to-RAM
mode
Green, flashing The system is in power-saving mode. Active
settings have been saved to RAM.
OFF mode Off The system has suspended. Settings and
data have been saved to the hard disk
drive.
Hibernate mode
Power supply Amber Mains adapter and battery are available;
battery is charging.
Green Mains adapter and battery are available;
battery is not charging (battery is fully
charged).
Mains adapter is available but battery is not
installed.
Amber, flashing Mains adapter and battery are available and
waiting to charge (battery is outside thermal
range).
Off Mains adapter is not available.
