Working with the Tablet PC
Select display orientation (portrait or
landscape orientation)

You can choose to use either portrait or landscape orientation for the display.

You can change these settings in th e Fujitsu menu or un der Start -(Settings -)
Control Panel - Hardware and Sound - Display - S ettings.
Windows 8.1
You can change these settings under Windows 8.1 Desktop - Control Panel -
Hardware and Sound - Windows M obility Center / Ro tate screen.
In the Fujitsu Tablet Controls settings, profiles are saved for operation
with different screen orientations. These profiles have preset standard
configurations that can be modified as desired.
These settings do not just affect the screen settings on the Tablet PC, but
also those on externally connected monitors.
Using fingers
You can execute certain commands by using your finger tip on the touch scree n of your device.
Everything which you can select or activate using your finger t ip can
also be selected or activated using the pen.
Calibrate the Dual Digitizer for finger-based
operation o
f the device.
Via the operating system, you must calibrate your tablet PC before first use with
your fingers, so t hat it detects your finger tips as accurately as possible.
As soon as you ascertain that the accuracy is deteriorating, you
must recalibrate the device.
Please note: There are separate calibration programs available for c alibrating
the pen and for calibrating finger-based operation. Do not use the calibration
tool for the pen t o calibrate finger-based operation.

To calibrate, call up the Hardware and Sound / Tablet PC Settings function
in the Control Panel. You need to calibrate both portrait and lan dscape
formats.
