Connecting an external monitor
HDMI port
HDMIport
The HDMI port of your Tablet PC can be used to connect an external amplifier,
LCD TV or a plasma TV with an HDMI connection.
► Connect the data cable to t he
external device.
► Connect the data cable to
the HDMI
port of the Tablet PC.
Some LCD televisions have only tw o loudspeaker ports and therefore
cannot reproduce Dolby Digital or DTS. To play back HDMI sound, you
must change the HDMI sound se tting s accordingly.
You can find the settings under Control Panel - Hardware and Sound. D eac tiv a te the
settings for DT S Audio and Dolby Digital to enable playback of HDMI sound.
VGA monitor port (only Cradle and Keyboard Docking)
An analogue mo
nitor is connected to the analogue VGA mon itor port. The display output
is limited to
a maximum of two screens at the same time.
