This section describes the error messages generated by the BIOS Setup. Error messages displayed
by the operating system or programmes are described in the relevant documentation.
If the error message appears repeatedly, des pite troubleshooting measures, please
contact the place of purchase or o ur customer service centre.

Keyboard error
If you are using an external keyboard:
► Ch eck the connection and reboot the Tablet
PC.
Bootable device was not found
► Ch eck in the BIOS Setup whe ther your hard
disk has been set correctly.
► Make sure that th
e operating system is
installed on the
corresponding drive.
Press < F1> to resume, <F2> to SETUP
This error message appears if an error occurs
during the self-test before starting the operating
system.

Performing system recovery under Windows 8/8.1
You can reset your system to the original content of the hard disk, if necessary:
► F rom Windows start screen or desktop, wipe y our finger over the screen from the
right-hand edge, to open the charms with system commands or press the Windows
button and the
C
key on an

al keyboard.
► Select C
hange PC settin gs.
► Select Update and recovery.
► Select
Recovery.
► Select between the following options, according to your needs: Refresh your PC with ou t
affecting your files or Remove everything and reinstall Windows.
