the user must provide their telephone company w ith the following information:
1. The telephon e number to which the Tablet PC is connected .
2. The Ringer Equivalence Number (REN) for this equipment.
3. The equipment requires a standard modular jack type USO C RJ-11C
which is FCC Part 68 co mpliant.
4. The FCC Registration Number.
This equipment is designed to be connected to the telephone network or premises wiring using
a sta ndard modular jack type USOC RJ-11C which is FCC Part 68 compliant and a line cord
between the modem and the telephone network with a minimum of 26AWG.
