Working with the Table t PC
Switching the Tablet PC off
Back up your data and close all applications before you switch off your
device. Otherw ise data might be lost.
► Shu t down the operating system correctly.
Notebook
or
► Press the ON/OF F button for < 2 seconds to switch into connected standby mode .
or
► Press the ON/OFF button
for > 2 seconds to < 10 seconds to display the
"Sweep downwards to sw
itch off" popup.
or
► If the Tablet PC is not switched off automatically, press the ON/OF F button
for about 1 0 seconds (forced shutdown).
or
► A forced shutdown (reset) button is located on the right side of the Micro SD card slot:
To achieve the same effect as removing the battery, press the reset button.

Under Windows 8.1 you can se t the required language under ControlPanel–
Time, Language and Region – Language.
