Troubleshooting and tips
The Tablet PC’s date or time is incorrect

Cause Troubleshooting
Time and date are incorrect. ► With the BIOS-Setup-Utility, you can set the
date and time in the main menu.
Date and time are still set incorrectly after
switchingontheTabletPC.
► Please contact your sales outlet or our
Hotline/Service Desk.
Battery charging indicator not lit
Cause
Fault elimination
The battery is not being charged.
► Connect the Tablet PC to a mains outlet
using the mains adapter.
Note: The battery will only be charged again
when the battery capacity is less than 90% .
The Tablet PC’s touchscreen remains dark

Cause Troubleshooting
Touchscreen is switched off. ► Press a key (external keybo ard) or tap on
the touchscreen.
External monitor or television set co nnected.
► Check whether the graphics driver se ttings
are c orrect or whether an external monitor
has been detected in "Intel Graphics Media
Accelerator Driver for mobile".

Reflected glare ► Move the Tablet PC into a different position.
► Increase the brightness of the screen.
