Connecting external devices
How to remove USB devices correctly
Always correctly remove the device according to the rules described below,
to ensure that none of your data is lost.
Select Settings - Storage - Unmount USB me m ory.
It is now safe to remove the USB device.
Display on a television, m onitor or projector via MHL

You can display v ideos, pictures, the browser window, Media Player, etc. on
an external monitor, television or p rojector.
To connect your device to the HDMI socket of the external de vice you will need an HD MI cable
(category 2) and commercially available HDMI adapter cable certied according to the HDMI
standard and compatible with the HDMI socket (type A). If a (commercially available) MHL
cable is used, connection to an MHL-compatible monitor or television is possible.
Fujitsu cannot guarantee cooperation with any desired HDMI devices.
If you establish a connection to a monitor that does not support HDCP,
the picture and soun d will not be output correctly.
The monitor may not switchover immediately at the start of the MHL output,
and, depending on the monitor, the picture may not be displayed. In this case,
switch the monitor manually, using a remote control or similar.
The output data may not t on the monitor depending on the connected mon itor
of the Tablet PC. In this case, chang e the mon itor display settings.
Do not lift the Tablet PC by pulling on the cable if connected with an HDMI cable.
You are recommended to remove the HDMI cable w hen no picture
is displayed on the monitor.
