System settings
► From All apps, select the option Settings.

The following options are ava ilable in the System area:
Option Description
Date and tim e
To set the date, time and time zone. Select the time format (12 hour or 24
hour clock) and the display format for the date.
Input aids
E.g. TalkBack, large font, auto-rotate the screen or spoken password input.
Developer options
E.g. U S B debugging or use
r interface op tions.
About the Tablet
serial number of the Tablet, unique IMEI number, status and detailed Tablet
information. You will find the serial number in the status menu.
System updates
Fujitsu Technology Solutions can make system upd ates available for your Tablet PC, to
resolve problems or to update the operating system or applications.
You can choose between two update methods:
• Over-the-air (O TA): Updating over the Internet directly from your Tablet PC
• Updating via an e
xternal memory c a rd (micro SD ca rd)

a system update.
Before an upda
te, you should without fail perform a data backup.
The following data backup options are available:
• use your Goog le account to backup your data, see "
Personal settings", Page 50.
• Use a USB cable to connect the Tablet PC to a desktop PC or a notebook and co py
the data and folders from the Tablet PC onto the desktop PC or the notebook.
• Install data backup software from Go ogle Play S tore to backup your installed apps.
• use the pre-installed ES File Explorer to backup your apps.
System up
dates can only be performed to a higher version. Installation of system
updates w
ith the same or a lower version cannot be done.
