1 Holding the handle, lift up the Document Cover.

2 Lightly wipe off the following locations using a cloth moist-

ened with Cleaner F1.

3 Wait for the cleaned parts to dry.

4 Gently close the Document Cover.

6.3 Cleaning the Flatbed (Flatbed Type Only)

Do not allow moisture to flow into the gap between the

Document Bed and the Plastic Cover.
