Hardware Maintenance
Hardware Maintenance comprises the diagnosis of hardware faults and
their elimination by repair or replacement. Fujitsu will respond to an in-
cident and solve the fault in accordance with the contracted Service Level
Agreement which can be an off-site service or an on-site service with
dened remote response time, on-site response time and/or recovery time
in accordance with the selected option.
ServicePack / Contract Hardware
ServicePack / Contract Hardware supplements the warranty of a product
by means of a hardware maintenance service agreement for a certain
product comprising the diagnosis of hardware faults and their elimination
by repair or replacement. Contract models: upfront payment of a xed fee
for a xed service period (3, 4 or 5 years – prolongation possible) or paid
by regular installments (usually quarterly).
Fujitsu recommends Windows 8 Pro.
