The minimum system hardware requirements are defined by Microsoft. All Fujit-
su PRIMERGY server systems, server blades and nodes, which are or will be certi-
fied (“logo’d"), fulfill these requirements.

Components Restrictions
iSCSI boot is not yet supported. Storage Spaces technology is not supported to
operate on top of a Hardware- or Software RAID configuration. NVIDIA® NVS 290
graphics PCIe adapter is not yet supported. NVIDIA® Tesla Computing Processor
PCIe adapter is not yet supported. CNA Mezzanine Card 2ch 10G CNA 102E is not
yet supported. QLogic Fibre Channel components are not yet supported. Emulex
LPe1150 and LPe11002 Fibre Channel adapters are not yet supported. Mellanox
Infiniband cards are not yet supported. LTO4 (F3626) is not yet supported.
DAT72 USB (H961), DAT72 Gen5 USB2 (H950), DAT160 USB2 (F3325), and
DAT160 Gen6 USB2 (H1023) are not yet supported. Intel 10GB XF SR NIC is not
supported. There will be no support for BX600 1Gb Ethernet I/O Module (PCIe)
with Broadcom LAN controller 5708S.
System Requirements Fujitsu PRIMERGY Server Processor. ECC Memory. RAM. Drive. DVD-ROM. Disk. Redundant array of inde-
pendent disks (RAID) is supported but not required. The system volume must be
MBR. Additional volumes can be MBR or GPT. Keyboard. Video. Mouse. Logo
requirements are the same for all editions of Windows Server 2012.
Windows Storage Server 2012 Standard
does not require keyboard, video, mouse
and is always delivered without.
ETERNUS and PRIMERGY JBOD External Enclosures
