Uninstalling Software/Troubleshooting during
Uninstallation
This section explains how to solve troubles you may encounter upon installing or uninstalling the
following software related to the ScanSnap.
l ScanSnap Manager
l ScanSnap Organizer
l CardMinder
For ScanSnap Home, refer to "Troubleshooting" in the ScanSnap Manager Help.

To display this section, right-click the ScanSnap Manager icon
in the notification area, and
select [Help] → [Troubleshooting] from the "Right-Click Menu" (page 86).
