Turn the scanner off then back on.

Image Memory Read-Write Error
If an error occurs when data is read from the image memory or written on the image memory, the [Error]
screen on the touch screen displays one of the following codes.
E9:F5 Image memory read-write error (Front)
If the problem persists after turning the power back on, please inform your service provider of the error
code below.

E9:F6 Image memory read-write error (Back)
If the problem persists after turning the power back on, please inform your service provider of the error
code below.
