Motor Circuit Error

When a motor circuit error occurs, the [Error] screen on the touch screen displays one of the following codes.

H0:84 Motor circuit error

If the problem persists after turning the power back on, please inform your service provider of the

error code below.

Code H0:84

H1:80 Motor circuit error

If the problem persists after turning the power back on, please inform your service provider of the

error code below.

Code H1:80

H2:81 Motor circuit error

If the problem persists after turning the power back on, please inform your service provider of the

error code below.

Code H2:81

H8:88 Motor circuit error

If the problem persists after turning the power back on, please inform your service provider of the

error code below.

Code H8:88

Turn the scanner off then back on.

If the problem persists, write down the error code and contact the distributor/dealer where you purchased this

Lamp Circuit Error

When a lamp circuit error occurs, the [Error] screen on the touch screen displays the following code.

H7:84 Lamp circuit error

If the problem persists after turning the power back on, please inform your service provider of the

error code below.

Code H7:84

Turn the scanner off then back on.
