The SP Series has been especially designed to provide a simple but
efcient paper to digital scanning platform for all types of businesses
looking to adopt a more systematic approach to regular document
digitisation.
SP Series models feature a simple operation panel with only 2
buttons (Scan / Stop and Power) that allow for linking the most
preferred PaperStream Capture Lite scanning prole to the front
panel of the scanner. Simply set your stack of documents onto the
hopper and press the ‘Scan’ button.
Automatic size recognition and blank page removal simplies scanning
operations and pre scan sorting. Paper size ranging from A8 to A4 can be
scanned using the automatic document feeder (ADF) whilst differing in
thickness from 50 up to 209 g/m² (SP-1425 ADF: 127g/m²).
SP Series models come with a wealth of powerful document scanning
applications and tools. PaperStream Capture Lite is a powerful
application used to scan documents with the SP Series scanner models.
It is extremely easy-to-use and effective in the prevention of operational
errors as well as in streamlining repetitive scanning operations.
The bundled version of ABBYY FineReader Sprint creates searchable
and editable les from your paper documents allowing you to
retrieve information more efciently at a future date (the OCR
processing can handle 190 languages). It can easily be linked
to the PaperStream Capture Lite routines. Presto PageManager
offers further possibilities for the enhancement, conversion, and
organisation of your personally used les.
Faster throughput when it is needed: The SP Series models through
their 50-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF) can process single
or double-sided pages at the same time. The SP-1120 can scan 20 A4
single sided pages per minute (ppm) or 40 images per minute (ipm),
the SP-1125 and SP-1425 scan speeds are 25 ppm / 50 ipm and the
SP-1130 scan speeds are 30 ppm / 60 ipm.
Measuring only 298 x 135 x 133 mm (W x D x H), the compact
design of the ADF models takes up minimal space on a busy desktop.
