■ Deleting Users
You can delete the information of registered users with the following procedure.
1. Select (click) the user name you want to delete from the List View.
2. Click the [Delete] button.
3. Click [Yes] when the confirmation message appears.
■ Backing up User Information
1. Click the [Backup] button.
2. Specify the destination and the file name and click the [Save] button when the follow-
ing screen appears.
3. The screen to set the backup password for the file to be saved appears.
Enter the password up to 16 characters. (To confirm, enter the password again.)
4. Click the [OK] button.
⇒The user information is saved to a file.
ATTENTION
This password is required when you do a restoration. Note that if you forget
the password, the backed up files cannot be restored.
