PREPARING THE SCANNER
The following table shows the details of each temporary error.
The following shows the procedure for releasing of each
temporary error.

"U0" error
If this error occurs, release the Shipping lock.
See "2.1 Installing the Scanner" for the procedure to
release the Shipping lock.

"U1" error
If this error occurs, remove jammed document.

jammed document.

"U2" error
If this error occurs, remove the jammed documents.

jammed documents.
Confirm the documents meet paper condition for ADF
scanning.

Indication Meaning
U0 Shipping lock is locked.
U1 Paper feed error occurs.
U2 Double feed error occurs.
