internationalguidelines.Thissetofinternational
guidelineswassetoutbytheInternational
CommissiononNon-IonizingRadiationProtection
(ICNIRP),whichisincollaborationwiththeWorld
HealthOrganization(WHO),andthepermissible
limitsincludeasubstantialsafetymargindesigned
toassurethesafetyofallpersons,regardlessof
ageandhealthcondition.
Thetechnicalregulationsandinternational
guidelinessetoutlimitsforradiowavesasthe
SpecificAbsorptionRate,orSAR,whichisthe
valueofabsorbedenergyinany10gramsoftissue
overa6-minuteperiod.TheSARlimitformobile
terminalsis2.0W/kg.ThehighestSARvaluefor
thisdevicewhentestedforintendedusedescribed
intheinstructionmanualis1.03W/kg

maybeslightdifferencesbetweentheSARlevels
foreachproduct,buttheyallsatisfythelimit.
TheactualSARofthisdevicewhileoperatingcan
bewellbelowthatindicatedabove.Thisisdueto
automaticchangestothepowerlevelofthedevice
toensureitonlyusestheminimumrequiredto
reachthenetwork.Thereforeingeneral,thecloser
youaretoabasestation,thelowerthepower
outputofthedevice.
Duringcommunication,pleasekeepthedevice
fartherthan1.5cmawayfromyourbodywithout
includinganymetals.Thisdevicesatisfiesthe
technicalregulationsandinternationalguidelines.

largenumberofstudieshavebeenperformedover
thelasttwodecadestoassesswhethermobile
phonesposeapotentialhealthrisk.Todate,no
adversehealtheffectshavebeenestablishedas
beingcausedbymobilephoneuse."
