Main functions of F-06A
FOMA is a DOCOMO's service name based on W-CDMA recognized as one of the global standards for 3rd generation wireless
communication (IMT-2000).
It's amazing because it's i-mode!
i-mode is an online service used with i-mode terminal. This service supports
connection to i-mode sites (programs) or i-mode compatible sites that provide a
variety of useful information and allows you to exchange i-mode mail.

i-mode mail, Deco-mail, Deco-mail pictogram
In addition to message text, you can attach pictures or movie files. → P190
Moreover, because Deco-mail and Deco-mail pictogram are available, you can
change a font color and size or background color for the message text, or you can
insert image or moving pictogram. Moreover, by Decome-Anime, joyful mails of
animation can be easily created just by inserting a message to the template.

Mega i- α ppli, Chokkan Game
Using i- α ppli downloaded from sites, you can enjoy games or automatically
update stock prices, weather information or other information. This FOMA
terminal supports large-capacity Mega i-
α ppli, allowing you to play high-
resolution 3D and long roll-playing games.
Also, compatible with Chokkan Game enjoyed by sensuous operations such as
"declining" or "shaking" FOMA terminal or "speaking" to FOMA terminal.
International Roaming
While staying overseas, you can use the same FOMA terminal, phone number
and mail address as those used in Japan (applicable to GSM/3G Areas). You can

High-speed communication compatibility
Compatible with FOMA HIGH- SPEED Area, and high speed communication with
the receiving speed of up to 3.6 Mbps and sending speed of up to 384 Kbps can
be performed.

the network traffic or communication environment. When connecting to an access point out
of the FOMA HIGH-SPEED Area or when you are using a device not compatible with
HIGH-SPEED such as mopera, the connection is made at the speed of 384 Kbps for both

Using location information obtained by GPS, you can search for the map or
peripheral information of your current location, notify your location by attaching
it to mail or navigate to a destination. Since "

by setting in advance. Moreover, since compatible with i-motion of up to 10 MB,
you can enjoy a video clip containing a whole tune as well.

Downloading Osaifu-Keitai compatible i- α ppli allows you to deposit electric

Moreover, compatible with "iC transfer service" that you can easily transfer data
in IC card when replacing the FOMA terminal by changing of the model etc.
