Available FOMA terminal usage styles
With this FOMA terminal, in addition to "Normal style" in which the terminal is
open, you can use "Flip style" in which the display is rotated out.
･ This guide uses "Normal style" to describe operations unless especially noted.
■ Folded
You can obtain information from the sub-display or the light.
･ Carry FOMA terminal in this status.
■ Normal style
This basic style is suitable for all functions.
* You can talk over a videophone call looking at the other party's image after rotating the display
clockwise 180 degrees to face the camera toward you in normal style.

■ Flip style
You can use FOMA terminal with the display rotated out.
･ Operations in flip style → P39
a Open FOMA terminal and rotate the display clockwise 180 degrees until it stops
b Fold the display forward
* To restore normal style, raise the display and rotate it counterclockwise 180 degrees until it
stops.
✔ INFORMATION
･ To switch to flip style, do not rotate the display counterclockwise or rotate beyond 180
degrees. Also, do not allow a corner of the display to touch the terminal or keys. Doing
so may scratch or damage them.
･ Take care to avoid catching your fingers when switching to flip style.
