Installing and removing a Compact Flash

Installing the Compact Flash module

► O pen the casing (see "Opening the casing", Page 29).
► Sw ing up the drive cage.
► If there is a drive in the drive c age, disconnect the data and power supply cables from the drive.

► Secure the Compact Flash module with
the screws (1) to the carrier.

► Slide the Compact Flash module with the
EasyChange rails into its bay until the
carrier noticeably engages (1).
► C onnect the connector for the data and power cables to the Compact Flash module.
► F old down the dr
ive cage.
► C lose the casing (see "
Closing t he casing", Page 30).
