Power indicator

In power-saving m ode the device mus t not be disconnected from the m ains
supply, as this could othe rwise result in a loss of data.
• The indicator lights up green:The device is switched on.
• The indicator flashes green:The system is in power-saving mode. After being
switched on with the ON/OF F s witch, the device powers up or returns to the
state it was in before it went into power-saving mode.
• The indicator does not light up:The device is disconnected from the mains supply or is ready
for operation. If the device is r eady it can be switched on with the ON/OFF switch.
Hard disk indicator
The indicator lights up when the hard disk drive of the device is accessed.
DVD indicator

The indicator lights up when the DVD drive in the device is being accessed. Never
remove the DVD while the indicator is illuminated.
SmartCard reader indicator (opti onal)
SmartCardread erindicator
The in dicator lights up if a S martC ard is inserted.
The indicator flashes if no SmartCard is inserted.
