Fujitsu’s  -6010N is a network
scanning solution combining
a small footprint with high
performance and capture
reliability. An ideal scanning
solution for sharing documents
in today’s multi-location, global
environment, the  -6010N actually is
much more than that: a truly professional
document capture device for productive
Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
Scan mixed sized documents from A8 up to A4 size
through the 50 page ADF (A3 and B4 scanning is also
possible through the use of optional carrier sheets).
25 pages per minute can be scanned in A4 portrait
and at a resolution of 200 dpi whilst when scanning
in duplex 50 images per minute are achievable.
The  -6010N can scan at up to 600 dpi in resolution
ensuring image quality is of the best in its class.
Easy and friendly usability is characteristic of the
 -6010N, a built in keyboard (US 101 type) regularly
enables data entry and this is conveniently positioned
underneath a large touch screen colour LCD which
allows for instant image viewing and for document
processing to application in one single convenient area.
A keyboard lay over cover supports multilingual
usage supporting UK English, German, Italian, French,
Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Korean and Turkish.
The o ce linking functionalities o ered by the
 -6010N help to process e ciencies due to ease
of operator use and subsequent distribution.
Once you have logged into the network, simply
select the destination or application and press the
scan button; whether you wish to save to a network
folder for easy information sharing, for attaching to
individual or group emails, for printing in place of a
photcopier or to a fax machine where images can be
viewed priorto transmission.

User operability is additionally made easy through the
‘JOB function’ – this supports the remote setting up of
individualised ‘one touch’ commands allowing for the
designation of pre-assigned scanning and distribution.
Additionally, multiple  -6010N can be controlled
from one remote location whether through allocating
individual settings, monitoring operating status or
adding in software settings.
A  -6010N software development kit (SDK) is available
to assist with the development of integrated scanning
and information capture applications that allow for
image display, keyboard input, indexing, system
linkage, automatic  eld population, to name just a few.
This SDK supports Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 for
high performance application development.
The  -6010N supports secure encrypted File Transfer
Protocol over SSL/TLS  le transfers and encrypted data
authentication with LDAPS thereby facilitating further
peace of mind.
