Modules (device-dependent)

The design of your notebook enables the flexible use of notebook batteries and drives. More
information about the available modules can be found under "Technical Data" in the EasyGuide.
The position of the module and the ejection mechanism varies d epending on the
particular de vice. Below you will find two descriptions for the removal and installation
of modules. P lease cho ose the matching description for your device.

Only use modules designed for your notebook.
Do not use force when installing or removing the module.
Make sure that no foreign objects enter the module bay.
You can replace modules during operation
. This means you do not
need t o switch off the notebook.
To replace a module, simply click o n the
corresponding icon in the
task bar and then on Exit or Select - E xi
t.
Then you can simply remove the module.
