Mains adapter connecting

Please read the information in "Sele cting the location", Page 6.
The power cable supplied conforms to the r equirement s of the country in which
you purchased your notebook. Make sure that the power cable is a pproved
for use in the country in which you intend to use it.
The mains adapter’s power cable must only be connected to a mains socket
if the notebook is co nnected to the mains adapter.
Do not use the mains adapte r for other notebooks or devices.
Do not use a ma ins adapter that is not specially intended for this notebook.
Make sure that the rated current of the mains adapter is not higher than that of the
mains supply to which you connect it (see "Technical Data" in the EasyGuide).

► Connect the mains adapter cable (1) to the
DC jack (DC IN) on the notebook.
► Connect the power cable (2) into
the mains adapter.
► Plug the power cable (3) into a mains outlet.

The battery will charge.
