A graphics c
ard (display adapter) with a VGA interface or a digital graphics card with a DVI
or Display
Port interface is required to control the LCD monitor. The mon itor processes the
data suppl
ied to it by the graphics card. The graphics card or th e associated driver software
is respon
sible for setting the modes (resolution and refresh rate).
When putt
ing the monitor into operation for the rst time , the screen display should be
optimal
ly adapted to the display adapter used and a d justed in acco rdance w ith y our
