Removing and installing components
during servicing
Attaching the cover

► Place th e cover in the correct mounting position (1).
If you remo ve more than one component at the s ame time, kee p the screws for the
individual components separately from each other and make sure that you use the
correct screws. If you install the wrong screws, components may be damaged.
► Tighten the screws (2).
► Insert the ba
ttery (see Chapter "Inserting battery", Page 31).
Finishing component removal
After y ou have removed or changed the system components as you required, please
prepare your device for operation again as follows:
► Install the battery ag ain (see "
Insertin g battery " , Page 3 1).
► Turn the
notebook the right way up ag ain and place it on a flat surface.
► Reconnect the cables that you disconnected before.
