Troubleshooting
Should an error occur, first check the following points. If the distortion is still not eliminated,
the monitor should, if possible, be checked on ano ther computer.
If you cannot solve the problem, please contact our Service Desk.
Having this problem? Check th e following points:
No screen display
Power indicator does not light up
► Ch eck whether the ON/OF F switch on the
monitor is switched on.
► Ch eck whet her the power cable
on the
monitor is connected correct
ly.
► Ch eck whether the computer is switched on.
No screen display
Power indicator is lit
► Ch eck whether the computer is switched on.
► Ch eck whether the data cable for the
monitor is correctly a ttached to the monitor
port on the computer.
► Press any key on the computer keyboard.
The computer ma y be in power saving
mode.
► Alter the brightness and/or contrast until you
get a picture.
Message: No Signal
► Ch eck whether the data cable for the
monitor is correctly a ttached to the monitor
port on the computer.
► Ch eck whether the computer is switched on.
Message:
Frequency out of range:
## kHz / ## Hz
Please change the display mode
to 1280 x 1024 with 60 Hz
The input signal (horizontal f requen cy a nd
refresh rate) at the displayed input does not
correspond to the technical data for the monitor.
► Adjust the video frequency range using the

Picture position not cor

The monitor recogn ises an undefined mode (see
chapter "
Technical data", Page 25).

auto-adjustment of the screen.
Picture is shaking

port on the computer.

Picture is wrongly adjusted ► Press the
SELECT / M ENU
button to
activate the Factory Recall function.
The Auto Processing message appears.
