Fasten the guide rails with the four screws on the drive.

Make the required settings on the drive (if necessary, on installed drives as well).

If the drive is the first 5 1/4" drive in your system, then use the upper bay, and use the lower

bay for the second 5 1/4" drive.

Insert the drive in the bay so that the guide rails on the drive fit into the guides in the drive

cage. Slide the drive into its bay until it snaps in place (1).

Plug the connectors of the data cable and the power supply cable into the drive (2). Make sure

the polarity is correct.

Close the system unit (see "Assembling the system unit").

If necessary, you must adapt the entry for the drive in the Setup menu.
