Closed Case (Top) To open the case, unzip the wraparound zipper (Figure 2) and lift the cover. Open the case so that it lies flat. Prior to installing the notebook into the bump case, remove the pen. Once the system is installed, you will not be able to remove the pen. Store the pen in the pen holder.

Notebook Configuration Tablet Configuration To use your notebook in tablet configuration: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Unzip the case and lay the system into the case base Open your computer so that the display is in notebook configuration (perpendicular to the keyboard). Fold the top of the case down so the display can rotate without interference.

To attach the shoulder strap, open the spring-loaded clips on the end of the strap, and attach them to the D-rings. The D-rings can also be used as an attachment point for a pen tether. (Figure 1 shows the location of the D-rings, with the shoulder strap attached.
