RF Confirmation
The RU must be receiving configurat ion informat ion from the DU during the confirmat ion. The met hod and
procedure of the confirmat ion are present ed by the DU vendor.

Complete RU Installation
Step 1
Cont act cust omer NOC to verify they have visibility of the RU and to verify if any active alarms are present .
Note: If any alarms or conditions exist, creat e trouble tickets as needed to address them.
Step 2
Confirm with the customer that the work is completed successfully.
Step 3
Clean up area before leaving the customer premises.

Radio Commissioning
The EM S is provisioned with fast device discovery functionalit y and based on 3GPP standards.
The EM S GUI provides a user-friendly environment that helps configuring and managing mult iple RU devices
using mult iple management interfaces. The EM S provides options to view general informat ion and select specific
RUs to review det ails, for example, stat us, faults, and alarms.
