To use
the adapter overseas, equipment, such as a plug adapter suited to
the power outlet at the country you are visiting, is required.
Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Initial checks if you think you have a problem
●
First, check whether the software must be updated. If it is needed,
update the software (P. 132).
●
If there is no improvement in problems even after checking the
following items, feel free to contact the "docomo Information Center"
on the last page of this manual or a repair center specified by
DOCOMO.

Wipe off any dirt from the

cotton swab.

When using the PC connection
USB cable T01 (provided), is
the PC turned ON?

If calling, transmitting or another
function is performed for a long
time while charging the battery,
your FOMA terminal may heat
up and the notification LED
may flash. If this happens, wait
for your FOMA terminal to cool
down before starting charging
again.

service time per charge
gradually decreases every time
the battery pack is charged.
Buy a new specified battery
pack if the usage time becomes
much shorter
