Taking photos with the camera
Before using the camera
Although the camera is made with high-precision technology, some
pixels or lines might look constantly dark or bright. Further, white lines
and other noise such as random color pixels may easily appear in
images especially when shooting images in dimly lit surroundings.
This, however, is not a malfunction.
When the camera is activated, stripes may appear on screen. This is
not a malfunction.
The color and brightness of the subject in still pictures or video shot
with the camera may differ from the actual color and brightness.
Images shot in shooting conditions including the sun, a light or other
strong light source may appear dark and distorted.
Fingerprints or oil from your hands on the lens might prevent clear
still pictures or video from being shot. Wipe the lens with a soft cloth
before shooting images.
Using the battery consumes a lot of battery power.
The focus lock sound or shutter sound in still picture photography and
the start and end sounds in video photography sound even when the
manner mode is set.
When taking close up photos, keep the distance between the lens
and the subject to about 10 cm or more.
