Using the Voice Mail Service

Tap "Voice mail service"

Select the item you want to use
Activate Voice
Mail
Select "OK" to activate the Voice Mail Service.
Set ring time Enter the ring time (0 to 120 seconds), and tap
"OK".
When the ring time is set to 0 seconds, a record of
the incoming call is not left in the incoming call
history, and the caller is connected directly to the
Voice Mail Service Center.
Deactivate Voice

Select "OK" to deactivate the Voice Mail Service.

Checks the current settings.
Play messages When "OK" is selected, a call is made to the V
oice
Mail Service Center. Operate according to the
voice guidance to play back the Voice Mail
message.

When "OK" is selected, a call is made to the Voice
Mail Service Center. Operate according to the
voice guidance to change the settings.

Checks whether or not you have Voi
ce Mail
messages.
Notification

Y
ou will be notified by a sound or vibration if there
is a new Voice Mail message in the Voice Mail
Service Center.
Select the "Notification" or "Vibration" checkbox.
Activate notice
call
If you have an incoming call while your FOMA
terminal is turned off or you are outside the service
area, you will be notified by an SMS when your
FOMA terminal is turned on again or you move
back inside the service area.
When "All Calls" is selected, you will be notified of
all incoming calls.
When "Calls with Caller ID" is selected, you will be
notified of only incoming calls
from callers with
specific caller IDs.

Select "OK" to deactivate incoming call notification.

Checks the current status of incoming call

"OK" sometimes cannot be tapped depending on the items used.
Call Waiting Service
Call Waiting Service is a service for placing the current call on hold and
answering a new incoming call when your FOMA terminal notifies you
by a ringtone during a call to notify you of another call. In addition, you
can also place the current call on hold and make a new call to another
party from your FOMA
terminal.
Note
●
Charges are incurred by a caller even while the call is on hold.

Placing the current caller on hold to answer another
incoming call

You can hear a beeping tone during a call
The incoming call screen is displayed when you move your face
away from the proximity sensor.

Tap , or slide to the right end
Place the original caller on hold, and answer the new incoming call.

You can also answer new incoming calls by pressing

To end the original call and answer the new incoming call,

Switch to the original caller

To end a conversation with the new caller
Tap "End", or press

Your conversation with the new caller ends, and you are switched
to the
original caller.

To place the new caller on hold
Tap
(switch).
Your conversation with the new caller is placed on hold, and you
are switched to the original caller. To switch between parties, tap
(switch).
Placing a caller on hold to call another party

During a call, tap (Hold).
The original caller is placed on hold.

Tap "Add call", and enter the telephone number of
the other party

Tap "SEND"
You can talk to the other party that you have called.

To end the call with the other party
Tap "End", or press
M
.
Your call with the other party ends, and you are switched to the
original caller.

To place the other party you have called on hold
Tap
(switch).
Your call with the other party you have called is placed on hold,
and you are switched to the original caller. To switch between
parties, tap
(switch).
Note
●
If you are not subscribed to the Call Waiting Service or Call
Forwarding Service, calls cannot be placed on temporary hold
even by tapping
(Hold) during a call.
