Basic operations (touch panel)
The display on this FOMA terminal is a touch panel, and operations are
performed by directly touching the touch panel with your finger. Your
FOMA terminal incorporates a motion sensor that detects the terminal's
orientation and movement. The screen display mode is switched by this
motion sensor depending on how you hold your FOMA terminal,
horizontally or vertically.
Cautions when using the touch panel
The touch panel is designed to be touched lightly by your finger. Do not
exert too much pressure with your finger or press sharp-pointed objects
(fingernails, ballpoint pens, pins, etc.) against it.
●
In the following cases, the touch panel may not work even if you
touch it. It may also malfunction.
・
Operation with a gloved finger
・
Operation with your fingernails
・
Operation with foreign objects placed on the operation pad
・
Operation with protective sheets or stickers on the touch panel
・
Operation by wet hands
・
