Basic Setup
Before using the viewer for the  rst time, choose a language and set the clock. Setting
the clock to the correct time and date makes it possible to use the calendar (P 17), on/
o timer (P 20), and alarm (P 17).

Press MENU to display the main menu (P 10).

Press e, f, g, or h to highlight Setup and press OK.

Press e or f to highlight System Setup and press OK.

Press e or f to highlight a and press OK to
display the options shown on the right.

Press e or f to highlight the desired language and
press OK, and then press BACK to return to the system
setup menu.

Press e or f to highlight Date/Time Setting and
press OK to display the options shown on the right.

Press g or h to highlight the year, month, day, hour, or minute and press e or f (or,
if you are using the controls on the viewer, MENU) to change. Press OK to return to the
system setup menu when settings are complete.

Press BACK to exit to the main menu.
R The current date and time can be displayed by selecting On for Clock Display in the setup
menu (P 19).
Q The clock will be reset if the viewer is without power for an extended period.
