Tail Tone E limination When T hrough R epeater（R P-S ET）——Menu No.36
1. In frequency or channel mode, press Menu+36, the LC D displays:
2. Press key Menu, and then press key ▲ or ▼ to choose，the LC D displays:
OFF: OFF 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 … … 10 for prolong time.
3. After setting, press key Menu to confirm, and then press key PT T or Exit to standby.
This function is that when the radio is throug h the repeater, the transmitter release PT T to enter
rec eiving condition.Because of the delay of the repeater, it will rec eive the noise from repeater to
confirm if the repeater is working or not.

1. In frequency or channel mode, press Menu+37, the LC D displays:
2. Press key Menu, and then press key ▲ or ▼ to choose，the LC D displays:
OFF: OFF 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 … … 10 for prolong time.
3. After setting, press key Menu to confirm, and then
press key PT T or E xit to standby.
This function is that when the radio use throug h repeater, the aim is to confirm if the repeater have
transferred the signal.

1. On c hannel or frequency mode, press MENU + 34, the LC D displays:

T here are three options:
QT : C TC S S conform to receive the c all
QT +DT : C TC S S and DTMF c onform to receive the call
QT *DT : C TC S S or DT MF conform to receive the c all
3. After setting, press key Menu to confirm, and then press key PT T or Exit to standby.
This function can be set up rec eiving decoding mode for radio.
