6−3 White Noise Method
- Case ① -
Press the menu switch .
Tap “White noise” to display the screen on the left.
Since the length of the pipe is known but the sound
velocity is unknown, tap Find the sound velocity.
The screen on the left is displayed.
Tap the pre-amplifier to be used and enter the pipe
length.
Tap "Run".
The correlation screen appears and the sound
velocity is calculated.
Pause at an appropriate time and save the sound
velocity value.
