Connect plate #3 and #4 with plate #6 using
wooden dowel(H), put cam lock(B) into plate #6
and turn clockwise to tighten as shown.

As shown in the picture, fix No. H wooden
dowels in the hole reserved for No. 1 board,
insert No. 3 and No. 4 boards respectively,
and put in No. B eccentric wheel to rotate
90-180 degrees clockwise.
