The holes are

facing down

Insert quickfit screw(A) into corresponding

holes in plate 10 with a screwdriver as shown.

Attach plate 10 to plate 13 with wooden dowel(D)

at first.

Put cam lock(C) into holes in plate 13 and turn

clockwise to tighten as shown.
