Separate glide into two parts at first(Page 5).
Fix slide rail(Q) to plate 6 and 7 using screw(R)
Attach plate 2 to plate 14 with wooden dowel(D);
put cam lock(C) into holes in plate 14 and turn
clockwise to tighten as shown.
Attach plate 3 to plate 15 with wooden dowel(D);
put cam lock(C) into holes in plate 15 and turn
clockwise to tighten as shown.
