1 Fx4 Ax6 Cx6 Dx8 Ø6x35mm Ø6x30mm Ø3.5x12mm Screw quickfit screw(A) into corresponding holes in plate 1 with a screwdriver as shown. Insert wooden dowel(C) into plate 1 as shown. Fix part(F) to plate 1 using screw(D) as shown. A C C A C A A 1 DX4 C C F F A F A 1 DX4 C C D F F A D F Bx6 2 Ø15x9.5mm Attach plate 3,5 and 4 to plate 1, put cam lock(B) into holes in plate 3,5,4 and turn clockwise to tighten as shown.
Cx6 3 Ø6x30mm C C 7 C 3 C 7 C 5 C 4 Slide plate 7 along grooves as shown. Insert wooden dowel(C) into plate 3,4 and 5 as shown. Ex6 4 Ø4x35mm E E E 2 E E E 3 7 E 2 C 7 5 3 Attach plate 2 to plate 3,5 and 4, and fix using screw(E) as shown.
Gx24 5 Ø4x14mm GX4 9 GX4 8 GX4 2 GX4 GX4 3 9 GX4 GX4 2 5 4 Fix leg 9 and leg support 8 to plate 2 using screw(G) as shown. Ix8 6 Insert part(I) into holes in plate 3,5 and 4 as shown.
7 Place shelf 6 in as shown. 4 6 5 6 6 3 Hx4 Dx16 8 4 Jx4 Ø3.5x12mm Fix hinge(J) to plate 10 and 11 respectively using screw(D) as shown. Fix hinge(H) to another plate 10 and 11 respectively using screw(D) as shown.
Dx32 Ø3.5x12mm Attach plate 10 to plate 5; attach plate 11 to plate 5 by fixing hinge(J) using screw(D) as shown. D D H 10 5 11 J D 3 11 4 J D H H 10 H 10 D D 3 H J D 11 10 J Attach another plate 10 to plate 3; another plate 11 to plate 4 by fixing hinge(H) using screw(D) as shown.
Adjust hinge screws to make door alignment.
Kx2 K1 K3 K2 Fix part(K3) to back of plate 1 using washer(K2) with screw(K1) as shown.
Ex2 12 Lx2 K2 Ø4x35mm Install anti-tipping device as shown.
